1. Easy Chocolate Filled Bakpao Recipe

  • 250 Low protein flour
  • 1 tsp Instant yeast
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 150 ml air
  • 1 tbsp Granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp Margarine
  • 2 steamed paper sheet / parchment paper

How to make:

  1. In a clean container, mix flour and salt.
  2. Mix water, instant yeast, and granulated sugar. Stir, wait until foamy. This is a sign that the yeast is active.
  3. Enter mixed number 2 to flour. Stir with a spatula until half -proof.
  4. Add butter. Knead until completely smooth for approx 15 minute. Divide the meatball dough into 10 same part.
  5. Take a break for approx 15 minute. Don't forget to cover with plastic wrap, Moms!
  6. After expanding, Roll out the dough.
  7. Fill with chocolate or whatever filling you like. Place it on parchment paper which has also been divided into several parts.
  8. Steam the buns for approx 20 minute.
  9. Remove and serve while warm. Perfect with a cup of hot coffee.
